Welcome to the Iceland Tours Photo and Video Contest. By entering, you agree to these rules, so please read them carefully.
Who can enter?
- The contest is open to all Iceland Tours customers (it doesn’t matter when you travelled with us).
- You need to be at least 18 years old to participate.
How to enter
- Share your travel photos and videos from your Iceland Tours trip.
- Submit your entries through the official Contest portal, including your name and email address.
- You can enter multiple times, but each person can only win one prize.
What you could win
There are 3 prizes: vouchers for a future Iceland Tours trip.
- 1st Prize: €500 EUR voucher
- 2nd Prize: €250 EUR voucher
- 3rd Prize: €100 EUR voucher
These vouchers are valid for 3 years after the contest ends.
These vouchers are transferable to friends/family.
How we pick winners
- Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges from Iceland Tours.
- We’ll judge based on creativity and originality.
- We love to see you enjoying your Iceland Tours trip, so we encourage photos/videos featuring you and/or your travel companions.
- Winners will be notified by email within 30 days after the contest ends.
Your consent and how we’ll use your entries
- By entering, you agree that we can collect and use your name and email to manage the contest, and to announce the winner.
- The data is used to send out email communications to all participants.
- We aim to inspire our community, so by participating, you give us the right to use your photos and videos for marketing promotions. This includes but is not limited to website promotion, social media, email newsletters, paid advertising, and printed materials such as brochures.
- If your photos or videos don’t show identifiable people, we may use them indefinitely.
Copyright
- The copyright belongs to the photographer of the photo and even by submitting the photo to our competition, the copyright will remain with the original person.
- By submitting your photos/videos to the competition, you are granting us a non-exclusive license to use this content for up to 7 years.
Your privacy
- We’ll use your personal data (name and email) only for contest purposes. This includes contacting you with details of the prize draw.
- Your data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties.
Other important details
- This competition ends on 31 October 2024.
- We can change or end the contest at any time without notice.
- We’re not responsible for technical issues or entries not received due to internet or email problems.
